Polar bear

Svalbard 2023

“While exploring the remote areas of East Svalbard we stumbled upon a whale carcass floating close to the shore. We saw a lot of different wildlife footprints and knew that the polar bear could not be faraway. After few minutes of scouting around the shoreline we saw a healthy looking polar bear wandering towards the carcass. We had a incredible chance of observing this bear eating, playing and swimming around the carcass. This whale carcass can provide food for multiple bears for months.”

Each photography print has an additional white border 3–10 cm for matting and framing purposes. The borders of the prints may be trimmed a little bit in order to fit the size of the order.

Frame options:

The aluminium body makes these framed prints lightweight and more durable than traditional wooden frames.The genuine wood veneer on the surface of the frame makes the frame look and feel like a traditional wood frame. There will be an additional white border around the image, actual frame sizes are:
